Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please Initiate First: For all returns and exchanges, you must first contact our customer service team at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions & RA Number: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization number and the correct return address.
  3. Pack Securely: Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Credits

Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Amount Refunded: The refund will be for the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. Standard or free shipping rates will apply based on the new order value.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the hygiene and integrity of our products for all our valued customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customizable Blouses: As these are made specifically to your measurements and specifications, they are unique to you and cannot be resold.
  • Jewelry, Jewelry Sets, Anklets, and Collar Neck Pieces: Due to the intimate nature of these accessories and for hygiene reasons, all jewelry items are final sale.
  • Shapewear & Accessories: For health and hygiene considerations, these intimate apparel items cannot be returned.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
