All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (USD $12.95): We use premium carriers like DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over USD $50. These orders are shipped via EMS and typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these are estimated timelines. Customs procedures or local postal services may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges: Honoring Your Trust
While we hope every piece becomes a part of your style story, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. Our return policy is designed with transparency and care.
Our Promise: We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us First (Required): You must initiate the process by emailing our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and item details. Do not ship anything back without authorization.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address.
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Inspection & Resolution: Once received and inspected (within 5-7 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange shipment.
Refunds & Credits
- Timing: Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10-14 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
- Amount: The refund is for the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and integrity for all our customers, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery:
- Customizable Blouses: As these are made uniquely to your measurements and specifications.
- All Jewelry Items: Including Jewelry Sets, Anklets, Collar Neck Pieces, and Necklaces, due to their intimate nature.
- Shapewear & Accessories: For health and hygiene considerations.
- Any item not in its original condition (damaged, worn, or missing tags).
We encourage you to review product details, size charts, and images carefully before ordering these items. Our team is always here to answer pre-purchase questions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the product and packaging to assist us.
